Conference attendees at this year's ARM TechCon will have access to the online proceedings called ARM TechCon On Demand.  All conference attendees can download this app to load to their own personal electronic device to access this years papers, slides and videos.  You also get accesss to the library of past TechCon event papers.  The 2011 On Demand site received a MINs Best of the Web award for Best Paid Application.
